During my opening address as Technical Chair at the “Sri Lanka Corporate Director Summit 2026”, I highlighted a powerful perspective from Satya Nadella: modern leadership must shift from a “know-it-all” to a “learn-it-all” culture.
In Sri Lanka, board agendas often remain confined to historical financial reviews, delegating critical future-ready conversations, AI adoption, cyber risk, reputation trust, and talent retention to lower management.
To build sustainable, future-proof organizations, especially medium-sized and family enterprises navigating integration, directors and C-suite executives need more than legacy knowledge. They need strategic agility, curious inquiry, and structured transition support.
As an Executive Transition Coach, I work with C-suite leaders and Boards to build this exact muscle, ensuring leadership transitions are not left to chance, but become defining catalysts for organizational success.
