Want to get more leads from an email address? Use an OSINT technique called Username Extraction. It pivots from an email address to a username, helping you find accounts associated with that username.
People often reuse the same username when creating email addresses. Take the part of the email address before the @ symbol and treat it as a username. For example, if you have the email address [email protected], take nyguy1944 and run it through username search tools.
Remember, this technique is based on assumptions. Always corroborate your findings.
